Repair of metal roofs
The main component of Elevate’s solution in the area of repairing metal roofs is the RubberGard EPDM membrane. The elastomeric membrane has a cross-coupling polymer structure ensuring excellent performance characteristics even in the hardest conditions. The membrane’s ability to accommodate building movement should be assessed for the specific project using the manufacturer’s documentation.

3. According to the manufacturer, more than 1.5 billion m² of RubberGard EPDM have been installed worldwide.
4. Installation does not require torch-applied membrane welding. Safety requirements for adhesives, primers and site work still apply.
5. Water vapour resistance should be assessed using the product data sheet and the design of the complete roof assembly.
6. RubberGard EPDM is available in large sheets up to 930 m²; supply dimensions are agreed for each order.

The Elevate RubberGard EPDM roofing system is created on the basis of age-resistant EPDM rubber membrane and is designed for laying on flat roofs and roofs with flat slope of commercial, industrial and household constructions. It may also be combined with various green spaces and/or solar photoelectric stations on the roofs.
Elevate UltraPly™ TPO roofing system: model roofing
UltraPly™ TPO
Faithfulness to the idea of suggesting the complete set of efficient roofing solutions led to development of the Elevate UltraPly TPO membrane. These thermoplastic membranes are used for waterproofing commercial roofs. They were widely recognized in the branch due to a large number of advantages related to laying and their performance characteristics. From the moment of laying the first TPO roofing in early 1990s, hundreds of millions of square meters of UltraPly TPO roofing membranes have been successfully installed all over the world, from cold weather conditions of Canada to the hot and humid climate of Southeast Asia.

The Elevate Company designed the RubberCover™ EPDM roofing system specifically for the roofs of small outbuildings. The system is based on high-quality Elevate RubberCover EPDM membranes and a limited quantity of component parts ensuring the moisture-resistant and long-term roofing solution.
The Elevate RubberCover™ EPDM roofing systems can be used as a roofing solution for various small outbuildings, like extensions, verandas, mansards, terraces, garages, car sheds, garden houses, balconies, drains and trailers.
